Well, I have just finished a 36 day cross country journey with my wife and youngest son. We visited many family members, some for the first time. We saw big cities, small towns, and plenty of big open spaces. These big open spaces were vast deserts, great  lakes, a mighty ocean, rolling prairies, fruitful plains, dense forests, and majestic mountains. But there is one thing that I learned. These things do not smile and hug me back. Only family and friends do. And then I experience joy.

Here is my oldest son with my youngest Granddaughter,  Joanna.
